I bought this minivan when it was 2 years old. Ive had it for 6 years. It was pretty reliable most of that time. Cons: Last year, the motor in the driver-side window stopped working. This year, the starter had to be replaced. The spare tire is located under the vehicle between the two front tires, and its difficult to get to.

I work in funeral service and everyone uses these vans because they look great. no ither minivan comes close on the looks. it is also very comfortable. we have 4 of them. That being said, we also have 2 honda odysseys and 3 toyota siennas. the toyota and honda get 5 more mpg despite being 4 speeds. we can put 300k+ miles on the japanese vans before needing any major repairs. the dodge minivans have more problems in the first 150k mi than the japanese vans to in 300k mi. it is also very common for them to have transmission problems within the first 150k miles. we have had one go completely out at 90k. Every mechanical part of the car is built to a much lower standard than the comparable japanese vans. the bearings and cv axles and starters and alternator etc last 50 to 100k less miles than on the toyotas and Hondas. the dodges are also much more difficult to work on yourself, and the parts are often more expensive. If you drive very little you will probably do alright with one of these. if you drive a lot get a toyota or Honda. also the resale value is awful on the dodges.
