1. DAMAGE REVIEW APPOINTMENT
At this time you will meet with one of our Estimators to determine the extent of damage to your vehicle. If we can identify all the damage, an estimate will be written, parts pre-ordered and an appointment set for you to drop off for repairs. If we cannot determine all the damage, we may have you leave it at this point depending on the extent of damage.
3. INSURANCE APPROVAL
Once your vehicle is disassembled and all of the damage determined, we will contact the insurance company to review the supplemental damage. The insurance company will determine if the vehicle is repairable.

5. STRUCTURE REPAIR
In the Structure Repair area, the unitized body is returned back to the factory specification. A sophisticated measuring system is used to monitor all phases in this area. A computer based measurement system is used to analyze the frame of your vehicle. This system assures an accurate repair.

7. PAINT
Paint preparation is a critical step in the refinishing process of every vehicle. All panes are prepared for paint, then primed and sealed to assure good adhesion when the final top color and clear coats of paint are applied. We will only use refinish products that meet or exceed the original manufacturer's specifications and are backed by a lifetime paint performance guarantee.
9. DETAILING
During the repair process the vehicle accumulates dust from the repairs. It will be cleaned. It will also be road tested to ensure that everything is working properly. A final inspection will assure that the vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition.
2. DISASSEMBLY/BLUEPRINT PROCESS
In this process we completely disassemble the damaged area to identify all damage and determine the repair plan. Hidden damage is often found on inner structure and if found, mechanical and suspension repairs are determined.

4. ORDER PARTS
Upon receiving approvals from you and the insurance company, we will begin the process of locating and ordering the parts necessary to repair you vehicle. Although many parts may arrive very quickly, the repair process cannot begin until the shop receives all of the structural parts. Once all of the parts are received and accounted for, we can start the repair.
6. BODY REPAIR
The Body Repair Department replaces exterior panels, and all metal finishing that may be required. The vehicle begins to come back to life as sheet metal is installed and aligned. All collision-related repairs require some degree of cosmetic repair and often require replacement of factory panels. We will check for proper fit here and ensure your vehicle's parts look, fit and align the way they should. From here the vehicle will go to the paint preparations department.
8. REASSEMBLY
Once your vehicle has gone through the refinish process, we then reattach the other parts such as mirrors, moldings, and other hardware. Should your repair require a wheel alignment or services such as air conditioning repair, we will perform them at this time.
10. COMPLETION
Delivery is the last step in the repair process. When the customer arrives to pick up the vehicle, the bill is explained and the final paperwork is completed. The customer drives away in the vehicle that has been restored to its pre-accident condition
