As usual, Skip and the service team did a great job on my car. I didn't have an appointment and needed to take a trip to Detroit, so the service department quickly got me on the road. Service manager, Lenny, greeted me and made me feel welcome. Shop was clean and busy, but comfortable for the customer.
Everyone I came into contact with was courteous and professional. My maintenance items were completed in a timely manner. I was provided with a courtesy car which was a big help in meeting my scheduled obligations. Overall a very positive experience!
We needed general oil change service plus a computer update and alignment. Service department was very friendly and they even provided us with a cadillac loaner.They even provided the color vehicle request as red. My wife was thrilled.
It was absolutely horrible!! I’ve never been treated so poorly! Based on my treatment, I will never buy another GM vehicle !! It’s criminal that you don’t stand behind your vehicles !!! I didn’t want to give you any stars but the survey would not allow me to advance to next question.
